Review: This is an excellent way to add flair to a plain dress bottom. I'm 5'3" and it trails behind me slightly. Originally I was a bit concerned about it not coming as far into the front as the pictures because I have a 38" waist, but I realized it's fine just being on the sides/back anyways - means I will not be stepping on it. If you did want a fuller look you could easily layer two. It has more than one layer of tulle as well so it has a bit of poof to it. I would definitely buy this again.
